Because miners whined about it, CCP, in its infinite wisdom, removed the only 'in-game' means to deal with the botting problem.

My guess is that Exhumer gankers also did the vast majority of accurate bot-reporting, but since they've been nerfed out of the equation...*shrug* let the bots multiply, I guess.
Only difference between a bot and a miner is about one mouse-click an hour anyway. Brilliant design.

Why not get some buddies and gank them for fun instead of profit?
Because it's not as easy as it was before. Don't get them started on that though...they will cry about it for a few hundred pages. |
